Joseph A. Lynott, III practices in the areas of real estate and business transactions, contract negotiations, commercial financing, commercial leasing, hospitality assets transactions and estate planning and administration. He is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and in the U.S. District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Lynott is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association and the American Land Title Association. Mr. Lynott is a graduate of Villanova University (B.S., Economics) and graduated from the Columbus School of Law in 1980 where he served as editor of the Catholic University Law Review. He joined the firm in 1981 following a judicial clerkship with the Honorable John J. Mitchell of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
